As many Members choose to visit the island only once or twice a year, they often send family, friends or business partners for the unused portion of their 5 weeks. If you prefer, you can release these weeks back to the hotel and if successfully rented, you will receive an income corresponding to 60% of the rental. This often covers a large part or all of the quarterly maintenance fees which include all costs of maintaining the villa, as well as services and insurance.
