Banyan Tree Private Collection (BTPC) is Asia’s first asset- backed Destination Club to offer transferable memberships in perpetuity. It is operated by Asia’s award-winning, premium resort operator, Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts.

Members are privy to the best the world has to offer, with yearly escapes to top category private villas set in the most sought after locales around the globe. The collection offers memorable and bespoke travel experiences, every year – without the expenses of owning a vacation home.

A Lifetime Of Vacations

Members may enjoy flexible stays every year at our signature villas at unsurpassed value; dividing the joining fee over seven years, the annual cost will be less than a week’s stay at a Banyan Tree resort.

Perpetuity and Transferability

As Asia’s first asset-backed Destination Club offering memberships in perpetuity, you also have the option of transferring or selling the membership at any time. There is no peak season surcharge, and Banyan Tree Private Collection members have access to all properties within the portfolio.

Three Membership Plans Available

Banyan Tree Private Collection offers three membership plans: Individual, Promotional and Corporate.

The Membership Plans include:

• 1 weeks use of a 2-bedroom villa for Individual Members.
• 2 weeks use of a 2-bedroom villa for Promotional Members.
• 2 weeks use of a 2-bedroom villa for Corporate Members.
• Membership privilege card offering discounts to spa treatments, gallery products, food & beverage, golf and extension of stays
• Vacation planning services
• Resort host and on-site concierge services at Banyan Tree resorts
• BTPC Golf Access
• Associate Villas usage entitlement 
• Reciprocal Villas usage entitlement 
• Price: US$150,000 for Individual Membership - US$220,000 for Promotional Membership - US$250,000 for Corporate Membership.
• Annual Dues: US$3,000 for Individual Members - US$6,000 for Promotional and Corporate Membership.
• Membership Duration: In perpetuity
• Transferable/Resalable: Yes 
• The membership is in perpetuity.
• Allows two nominees and it may be transferred/sold to another person. Charges will apply as per Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations.
• Installment payments are permitted up to 6 months with a minimum 10% down payment on signing.
• The Entitlement stay is 7 or 14 nights (depending on your membership plan) in 2-bedroom Banyan Tree villa or the four external properties in Tuscany, Grasse, Kyoto and London.
• Entitlement usage may commence when the first 40% payment is received.
• All 7 or 14 nights (depending on your membership plan) must be consumed within a year or rolled over to the next.
• Each week may split as you wish

• 20% discount off F&B when staying at BT resorts.

• 15% discount at selected Banyan Tree Gallery outlets.
• Usage entitlement of Associate Villas within 42 associate villas to choose from Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts group worldwide.
